The recent eruption of the Eyjafjallajokull volcano in Iceland, and the resulting disruption across Europe, has caused significant difficulties for European attendees making their way to MMS 2010 in Las Vegas. The MMS 2010 Event Team is tracking the situation as it affects our attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors and has compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) below.

This page will be updated as new information becomes available. Any changes to the event schedule or plans will also be published on the “MMS News” page and RSS feed.

NOTE: Please DO NOT cancel your MMS 2010 registration, even if you know you will not be able to attend MMS 2010 in person. Leaving your registration active will allow you to access the event CommNet site, where you will be able to view breakout session videos, download lab manuals, and access other conference content across the Internet. See below for more information.

  1. Q: Will I receive a refund of the registration fee if I cancel my registration?
  2. A: There is no change to the current cancellation policy and refunds cannot be issued for cancelled registrations at this point.
